Catalog Drive Path

I am attempting to change the path where Catalog info is stored on our Exchange Server (has it's own load of Veritas 8.5 and Dedicated Tape Backup System)

I go into Tools, Option, and click on the Catalog Tab, but there is now way to change the information - it is greyed out.

Please advise

Current Path will be greyed out, under that line there is Catalog drive and Catalog path which you can change.

Those options are greyed out as well...

Please try the below method.

1. stop the Backup Exec services
2. move the catalog folder to the desired location
3. change below reg key to reflect location
HKLM\software\veritas\backup exec\Engine\Misc\Catalog Path

those options will all be greyed out if you are accessing BE with the Remote Administrator. To change the path, you can do the registry change bobafet suggested but you must do it form the Backup Server itself or by accessing the registry remotely. You can do this from the GUI by running BE locally and not remotely.
