catalog backup

hi,
do you encounter a problem whereby netbackup reports a catalog tape written, but it is actually out of the robot?

If a media is not in the robot, you will get a mount request.

the strange thing is netbackup reports that the media is written ??

If you are using NB 4.5 console and have not restarted or refreshed the media display, it will not show any updates that have occurred (i.e. media being assigned or expiring).

You may also have a problem whereby media manager and volume nmanager are out of sync. Try a vmquery on the volume to see what it says.
