What it is supposed to show is what Mail Port is in what PBX ACD Queue (the Queue number for example). It also holds the instructions for dedicating channels to certain services. I am pretty sure nothing will go wrong if, for example, you incorrectly enter Agent IDs. TNs and even Queues in a system where all Mail ports are ‘full service’. But when you do need to portion off chanels to certain capabilities, an accurate CAT table is required
