Ca't surf the web after joining domain

I get a dhcp address and can surf the web fine until I join the domain. After that point I can no longer surf the web. I can do an nslookup and see dns resolving. I can ping other devices on the local network by name... why is this happening only on this machine??? All other machines on the network work fine. I reinstalled windows cuz I thought the machine was hosed but I still have the same problem.

Make sure you have the DNS Server as Primary DNS and your default gateway right. After that I am stumped myself.
