does anyone have any experience or have worked with cat 6 (a) cabling and jacks?

Not a lot, however I do know there are a lot more things to consider to get correctly run and terminated CAT6.

i have run alot of it.

besides having to make sure you are also using cat6 jacks and a cat6 patch panel, it is the same as anything else

if you don't get it right your near end cross (NEXT)will fail

WORK SMART NOT HARD

Here is another questions. So I will be using CAT 6 (A) now should I use a CAT-6 (A) wall jack... do they actually make such a thing or must I use a CAT-6 jack or does it matter?

All jacks, patch cords, and wiring must be the same category rating to meet the specification and compliance for proper performance of the Ethernet channel. Those specs are spelled out in the TIA/EIA-568 Standards.

When you mix category ratings you are not in compliance, and performance will be degraded.

Cat6A is different than cat6. It has a nearly 1/2 inch Diameter. If you are paying for cat6A cable (about 3X More than Cat6), I would certainly use all Cat6A components.

Just me careful of bend radius at the jacks. What are you testing it with?
