cashing problem

How can I make sure that user will download html page from the server, but not cashed version of the same page from his/her computer.

For example:
On

http://www.something.com

is index.html file. I noticed that some people still see the old content eventhough I updated index.html on the server. How can I make sure hat they get right content?
