Hi all,
I'm trying to fix an invalid registry key. I'll be deploying this to 1000 workstations using Radia when it's done.
I have a registry key for a third party app that's supposed to have the computer's name in it, but instead the keys have the same arbitrary string due to a faulty MSI.
How is this best fixed? Can I drop a .REG file that uses the environment variable %COMPUTERNAME%? Do I have to run a bat file that pulls the computer name then somehow populates it to the registry?
I've got this to work by developing a custom MSI, however Radia pukes on it.
Thanks!!
