Cash drawer over IDN printer. Micros 3700, 3.2 and 4.9 versions

We have a cash drawer that function with Epson RS232 printers, but does not function with Epson IDN printers.
The printer has the dip switch 4 on, so it's the printer number 1 (and the unique connected to the workstation [PCWS01]).
We don't know if we need another escape characters or something else.
The tickets prints correctly on IDN printers, only the cash drawer does not open.
Any help will be welcome.

Where did you get the cash drawer from? Is it a Micros cash drawer?

Do you have the option set to open the cash drawer when it prints. Is the cash drawer connected to the Printer via the additional port on the Printer, or are you connected via the IDN ports from the Workstation to the printer's IDN port?
