CASE WHEN cond THEN END??

I am wondering if we can use "CASE WHEN Cond THEN blah END",
in MS Access... and if so, what is the syntax for it...
and if not, am I pretty much screwed since my compony is stock w/ MS ACCESS??
Is there anyway around this??
