Cascading combo box query on a asp page.

I have a query with the code and in the criteria field [Forms]![FrmPO_numbers]![CustomerID] I use this to filter data on one of my form and this works great. When I save the form as an active server page the query will not operate. I thought an easy fix might be [Pagess]![FrmPO_numbers]![CustomerID] but that didn’t seam to work.

Any tips on what I should look for or read?
