CAS - who's the best?

I have sites with between 15-50 employees who now want call accounting software to monitor productivity. Instead of all of them being on one server and using the same software, because of price they want their own. All sites have Magix switches. Can someone recommend or tell me if the low-end software (cost wise) does a decent job of providing the info most managers are looking for?
