CAS to Pri

Today, I tried to cut over a T1 service from one LEC to another LEC. Without digging into two deep into the configurarion, as the time of cut over then I found out that the old T1 is CAS and the new T1 is Pri - my bad!
Can any one tell me what is the process of re-configuring the T1 to be Pri. Do I have to do any thing at the Call Manager. The router is a 2811 and the Call Manager is Cisco.
