CAS Lite Immediate Output Problem

I am using CAS Lite 4.2 for windows and recently it stopped recording the call data from the Definity. I see the Definity sending the call data to the computer, but it is not recording it in the Immediate Output or in the archieves. Avaya doesn't support this software any longer and I have been unsuccessful in trying to get it working. Has anyone had this problem?
 
Yes, already reload on new box with the same results. Avaya was no help, the product is unsupported now.
 
Yes, verimark will not support the product either. Avaya and Verimark say I have to purchase eCas or try to solve the problem on my own.
 
I have the CASxp product, and I ran into a problem like yours awhile ago. This is what I did to start collecting data again. Go into Call Collection Interface, then at the bottom of the sreen change the Date in to to field to 12/31/36 it probably has the date of when the product stopped collecting data.
