CAS - Line state - busy

Hi,

I have CAS extension from 3101 to 3130 in LIM =2. This morning when i dialed my voice mail hunt grp number i was getting busy.I restart the voice mail server,restart the board ,block the board ,Un-block the board but no progress.

My system is

I restart the program unit ELP7 in the particular LIM=2 after restart the program unit, TRAFFIC become IDLE but line is still busy

now,I have only one option remaining in front of me - restart the LIM!

Any suggestion / help regarding this...

you can restart unit ELP7 to free the linestate.
It is possible you need some patches on your VM system to prevent this problem in the future.

daddy, i did it.

then, Traffic state become Idle. But Line state is still busy.

could you suggest which patches it is...

restart unit DER in LIM 2, beware that this can cause a data reload and will disturb ongoing communications.

Yes, I did it after office hours. now working fine.

but what cause this problem?? I never faced such before, in MD110 BC12. I recently upgraded (two months before) this system to the latest MX1. Is that the TLU76/3 making problem?

Do I need to change it to TLU76/13? Will that make any difference or this board is ok?

I believe that the TLU76 is fine.
what voicemail system are you using? (and version?)
