Hi ;

We have 30 CAS exts. initiated on a single TLU 76/3 located in lim 13 in a 24 lim BC.10 system. The Cas exts. are used for Predictive outbound solution. The dialogic board ( which the Tlu 76/3is connected to, where the cas. exts are initiated ) send requets to setup call, to the lim 13. Normally when you try to call one by one ( manual dialing ) there is no problem and the dialogic makes the call and transfers it to the acd agent. everything is ok. But when we start the outbound campaign most of the cas ext. goes " call org " and "register " state at the same time. And There are many congestion ( this is what we think ) messages in the outbound logs. We started Traffic rec. and Stuni and sent susip that you may find the results below. The call rate is seems to be high. Can someone interpret these and make some suggestions so that the call set up trials do not meet congestion on MD ?? Is there limit that MD can handle call set up trials at a unit time ?? if so what is it ? could this be related to ELP7/RMPSX trying to receive key codes from dialogic or so ?? We do not have any call rate alarms in the system. Can someone help ?

thanks in advance& regards..

Buddy,
I really tryed to understand your problem ....
Possibly I'm too stupid :((

"Callorg" - you have an outgoing call in line state.
"Register" state is the next state of the call.

No problems here.

Yes, you have rather high load.
Rather close to max possible in multy-LIM system.

You have some overflow cases, but no congestion on tone rec-rs.

Your signal trace is about nothing. No disturbance there.

If you need to see the load on the TLU76/3, use this:
TRPLI:BPOS=.....,TIMEI=08-00,TIMEE=18-00,DATE=......;

Check also load in whole LIM:
TREXI:LIM=...,TIMEI=08-00,TIMEE=18-00,DATE=.....;

But what the problem is???

Regards

Hi Avstral, basically the problem is, We have ~9000 records to be dialled per day , and lots of call results are updated such as "busy" on Predictive module.((3000 of them seems busy) In fact,only ~100 of them are busy The predictive module can not make outbound call...(WE recorded the audio of the diallings) and when we listened to the records which are updated as busy result, there was a very fast busy tone like congestion tone.

I sent SUSIP, because may be callorg state shows how much calls should be processed per second.. Can MD do such amounty of call on a lim?
And we thought that this is because of Lim processor or something else.
And what can we do for reducing this busy-result calls?

Do you have any design or any advice to make it more perf.?
Rgrds

Well, I still do not understand, what "~9000 records" are?
Internal number, external number or what?

But if you need to find bottleneck in you system, start proper trafic recording first.

Read TR description in ALEX - this is VERY poweful tool.
Start recording on CAS extencions, in all the LIM, TMU boards and so on.

Noone can help you without you own homework.

SUSIP can't show processer load or "how much calls ... processed per second.. ".

Use TREXI:LIM=...,TIMEI=08-00,TIMEE=18-00,DATE=.....; for this.

Or, if this is too complicated for you, ask local Damovo/Ericsson to do such a research.

Regards
