CAS ELP7 problem

Hi
We use CAS line side as a protocol(Cas extensions) between IVR(Intervoice) and Md110 BC10 system.
Problem is, we are upgrading our IVRs (Intervioce IVRs) and after IVR installation we see that something wrong on CAS lines.

I get "269: Digital trunk loss of frame synchronization"
No other related message with that board.(TLU76/3)
And the vendor wants me to get e protocol analyzer and tell them what's happening. Is there anybody here , can decode this, if i write a part of the encoded data. Or can somebody help me what is the right way to do for fixing the problem.

this alarm says that the MD110 isn't receiving any frames from the other side. if you don't connect the cable you'll receive the same alarm. check your cabling...

Hi ,
we fixed the problem by loop-back to Md110 and saw that problem is on Md side. And finally saw that the problem is tlu76/3 board. I don't know the reason but after replacing the board it's fixed.
