Cartoon effect

Hey all!

Question, I am wanting to turn a normal picture into a cartoon effect, is this possible? How do I do it? I have gone through the options on the "Effect" , and no joy. Thanks in advanece

Yes, I think it is possible. It's something like find edges, a bit of curve adjustment and some saturation work. I'm not at home at the moment but I'll have a look at it over the weekend and see if I can work it out.
