Carrying Parameter Query info over to Report Header

I have a report that is based of a table, rather than a query, for performance's sake. A macro kicks off all the queries necessary to build the table & open the report. The first two queries in the macro are parameter queries. Since the data source for the report is the table, and not these parameter queries, is there anyway to bring the parameters entered into the header of the report?

Thanks,
Julie

How do you figure that a table is better than a query "for performance's sake"? If you were after "performance's sake" you WOULD use a query because when you run a report on a table you are not gaining the advantage of using ANY of the indexing capability of Access which allows the data to be returned faster, your reports are SLOWER because your not using a query!

As for the question, there's no way to carry the parameter's through to the report in your present setup. Were a query feeding the report directly, and you had the parameter's in the query feeding the report you could make a control and put "=[Enter Parameter]" in the control source and have the parameter flow down to the report. You COULD make a global variable's and get a value for them via an input box, then write a function to retrieve the variables and put it in the criteria of the query. This is a HORRIBLE way to do it though and I would suggest you revisit feeding your report with a query.
