Carrying over accounts instead of closing each night

I own a restaurant in Montana. We have guides who order to go lunches each day and I would like to create an Aloha pos account that allows these individuals to carry a balance until the end of the month.

When one of the guides calls I would like to set up some way of tracking their to go lunches without aloha forcing me to close their account each night.

Guides can call or show up to order these lunches a day in advance. I would like to be able to print a ticket that will go to the morning prep cook each morning for the lunches needed that day. The problem I am having is being able to carry their balance until they come in to pay toward the end of the month.

Can this be done?

It would be nice if any employee in the restaurant who used the pos could take the balance due from the guides. Maybe it would be best if just the bartender could do it.

Thank,

Pat

The module for Aloha you need is Take Out and Delivery - It will allow you to pre order.

You can use house accounts -already available- to manage bill payments and billing. Kinda a buggy and simplistic program if you ask me but it will work.
