Carrying a Transfer Thru a Menu 1

Hi all,

I have a voice menu that terminates with a transfer to an external phone number and am experiencing a tricky issue with it:

- calling it directly (via an acdn -> SDN) works fine whether calling from internal or external
- can transfer a caller to it fine whether they are internal or external
- cannot perform an attended/supervised transfer for a caller. Getting the failed treatment for the transfer block (system announcement)

Is there a security config or any reason in particular that I can't carry the attended transfer through the voice menu to completion (and then transfer after reaching the destination)?

The system doesn't allow for a double xfer.
