carrige returns in column titles

I have a spread sheet that I need to fit on one page. problem is that the titles of the columns take up too much space. I've tried shortening the title, but I still have too much wasted space.<br>

How do I put carriage returns in the column titles/headings in the tables?<br>

NOT in the Table view or Query view <br>
But if you make a report it will word wrap and you can have multiple lines in the header.<br>
