New carrier has replaced two PRI circuits with PRI generated by Cisco IAD. Now have problem terminating to voicemail and faxes, 3300 controller running 8.0SP3. Using same ISDN as old circuits with NI2 5ESS protocol. Anyone else have this problem?

I suppose you're entitled to your opinion, I'm just not going to suppose very hard.

they are most likely delivering voice to the IAD as SIP
find out if that SIP is compressed ( g729) we have had issues with that and asked for it to be delivered as G711 , faxes worked a little better then although its now best effort

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

SIP has a terrible time with fax and modems even when using T.38. Suggest they convert that to an analog line. Vmail is probably a dtmf issue. SIP can deliver dtmf in 1 of 4 ways. If that's the case, have the provider work with you on determining the best method for your pbx. See this:

We're aware of the short comings of this delivery type. The carrier finally admitted our service was delivered on the wrong router and had moved it to a compatible model; things are working much better. Thanks for the replies.
