Carrier issued new toll free number to existing T1 - CM isn't picking them up

Our carrier issued a new toll free number beginning with 855, and I have added it to the incoming call treatment on the trunks, but calls to that number are still giving a "we're sorry, this number is not available". Traces to the trunk access code show no activity. The T1 terminates on a G450 gateway. Is there something I might be missing? We have other local and toll free numbers riding the same T1
 
You need to know the DNIS digits sent from your provider when the 855 number is dialed and a trunk is selected.
These digits are what you assign on the inc-call-handling-trmt

What's interesting is that the carrier did not provide this, and in looking at some of our other toll frees, the whole 10 digits are configured on the inc call treatment

can you post your inc-call-handling

I would imagine delete 10 then insert xxxx for station, hunt, vdn destination that match your pbx dialplan.
