Carrier Blocking Caller ID?

Hi,
I have been going back and forth with a vendor about caller id. They claim that I am not sending, however, I see clearly in my Q931 that it is being sent. I have other PRI's that are configured the exact same as this one. This is what their equipent shows.

CDN_Digits : 8479548464
CDN_TON : NATIONAL CDN_NPI : E164
CGN_TON : NETWORK CGN_NPI : PRIVATE
CGN_SI : NETWORK_PROVIDED CGN_PI : NOT_SUPPLIED
NI-PRI CGN_SI_PI : SI_PI_COMBINATION_SPARE_2
They are replacing it with the BTN. However, in my Q931, I see the caller id being passed. The only difference that I have on the one that is not working is I am getting a cause code 50 Service or Option Not Available back from them.

Any ideas on where this may be getting blocked between my switch and theirs?

Thank You.

Can you post the Q.931 protocol trace?

Not sure what all of the above abreviations are and how this equipment uses them. If you can post the Q.931 trace I'llbe glad to look it over.

I do wonder about the E164 and PRIVATE for what I presume are the numbering plan Called Party and Calling Part addresses.

If in doubt use "unspecified" for numbering plan, since this forces the switch to do full tranlation.

Good Luck

Thank you. I actually figured it out. It was on my side. Have a great day and thanks for the help.
