i have a notebook which has in the de windows device manager the record of "Texas Instruments PCI-1211 Cardbus Controller".
i read a few paragraphs on the internet and i came to understand that Cardbus Controller implies 32 bit tehnology support and Pc Card implies 16-bit tehnology.

is that true? does Cardbus Controller imply my pcmcia port suports 32-bit tehnology??

It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice.
Thanks for your attitude!

Definitely. Cardbus is 32-bit.
