Card Switch-out on 6.1 Legend

Greetngs All:

I need to replace an 008MLX card with a 408 GS/LS-MLX card on a 6.1 Legend to add additional CO lines. Will the system want to re-number the extention ports, or should they stay the same?

Also, Where in WinSPM do you tell the system what type card is in which slot. I know where it is in the old DOS SPM.

The Extentions will not be renumbered, But the lines might, unless there are no lines to the right of the card you are replacing then they will just continue. You will have to do a board renumber and the system will restart and the lines can then be set up.
