Hi

I have inherited a SBS 2000 network. One of the clients has Carbonite online backup installed, but it isnt talking to the Carbonite servers.

Carbonite say : Carbonite requires unrestricted two-way access on ports 25 (smtp), 53 (dns), 80 (http) and 443 (ssl). Please be sure that your firewall software and router settings are not blocking Carbonite's access to these ports. And the two Carbonite .EXE's that need to be allowed are CarboniteService.EXE and CarboniteUI.EXE they are both in C:\Program Files\Carbonite\Carbonite Backup

What do I need to do to get this working? I have zero experience with ISA 2000.

Thanks in advance
