Does anyone know how to enter room status through room phone on Caracas

The system is a Hipath 3800 and is connected through ISDN so bus

Just dial:
*949 (I/O code)
900 (application code)
2 (room status; 1 is wakeup)
0 or 1 or.... (state of the room)

The phone screen will bi BLANK. That is normal.

Hello Mr. Vladimir.
Caracas should work on any HiPath 3000 series switch as long as CSTA in enabled.
But as you probably know, Caracas is an old product. It's successor is a Hospitality Service Center.

Hi, Mr Ales.
Thank you very much for your help. The thing is that the hotel is expanding its territory by one building. In the old building HiPath 3700 and Caracas is already installed. The HiPath 3700 is not normally supported as per now. So, in view of this fact and in view of fierce fight with competitors I decided to install one more PBX HiPath 3800 there in order to cover the guest rooms of the both buildings and provide DECT connection (this buildings are located close to each other). And HiPath 3700 will serve administrative area of both building. The both PBXes will be connected via PRI ISDN.In order to save costs I want to disconnect Caracas from HiPath 3700 and connect it to Hipath 3800 as HiPath 3800 will serve the guest area. By the way HHSC is being supported but not manufactured and supplied any more. There is a new third party product istead of HHSC to operate with HiPath 3000\4000 and many other brands. It is Hospix by German company named MSI. It is relly cool.
