CAR Base Call Costs

Dear All :
we need to create a Base Cost for different paterns ; ehich means that I have to pay 50 cent for local calls ..
and 100 for international ...
how can I do this ????

I've never been overly impressed by CAR (ever since it was called ART), since you can't set different rates for different types of calls (e.g. one rate for International, one rate for long distance, etc.). It kinda blows in that aspect. It's been that way ever since we installed CCM 3.1.2c...we have 3.3.4 installed now, and it still doesn't have that feature, which to me seems like a standard one.
