I want to stop a few people making international calls out of office hours. Whats the easiest way to do this?

I've been playing around with a few different short codes within 'User Rights' so that when the user dials 9 for for an outside line then 00 to start the international number that they get a busy tone but nothing seems to work.

I have an IP406v1 running 3.2.17

Help appreciated

Create a time profile and call it 8-5 (or whatever you want) and set it to Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (or whatever your working hours are).

Create a new user rights called "AfterHrs" (or whatever you want to call it). Make sure everything is set to "Not part of user rights". Under the shortcodes create the following shortcode

code: [9]011N
T: 011N
Line: 0 (your line grp used for calls)
Feature: Cancel or Deny

Then set the shortcodes to apply user rights values.

Then for that user you want to restrict, go to his user tab and working hours time profile, sellect the new time profile you made, under working hours User rights, assign the "AfterHrs" user rights to that field.

That should block international calls after

Or a little easier way of creating the new user rights is to right click on the user you want to restrict, and click New User rights from user, call it "afterhrs" and just add the short code to that new users right. Then follow the rest of the steps for creating the shortcode, time profile, etc.
