capturing with procom

how can i capture a full system tnb, to use the tnb program to gather all phone sets in excel, using procom.

Click on capture file in the data drop down from the tool bar. then prt the tnb let it run thru and click capture again to end. This will save it in your procom folders as a file you can open with various programs.
