Capturing TO: and CC: fields to put in body

I have a form that is launched from a personal folder, I would like to be able to capture the Sent TO and CC fields and paste them into the body. Need to do this as that information does come over to the other application and we need to track to whom the form has been sent. Is there any way I can copy and paste those fields using a macro/function in Outlook? I am not versed enough in VBA coding and reviewed the VB help files for Outlook and am either blink or too stupid to see it. Any feedback would be appreciated.
