capturing keypresses in a VB.NET console app?

I'm trying to find a way to capture the "arrow" keys in a VB.NET console application.

I have used ConsoleEX in the past, and it supports capturing the "character" keys, but it doesn't work with arrow keys.

Any info on this would be most appreciated.
