Capturing Flash

and I'm trying to capture the flash frame at the top left of the screen. Can someone help me out with capturing it? If it's possible, please explain how I can go about it. Might want to visit the site above, so that you'll see what I'm talking about.

should be in your temporary internet folder. drag it out of the folder and open it up in flash player, then stop playing at the first frame. press alt+printscrn on your keyboard (or apple+shift+capslock+4 on a mac). place the image in photoshop or any other image program and crop the image till your satisfaction. enjoy. =)
