capturing data for use in excel or access 3

I am tryig to capture info from Extra to populate existing excel and access files. I need to be able to use the data in the spread sheets after capture. any suggestions would be helpful

I would capture the data you need in a text file, then shell out to excel with that file. You can format the txt file in columns so that excel can easily convert it to excel spreadsheet...

can also select the screen area you wish to capture and copy the data to the clipboard. Then goto EXCEL and do a past special->paist link->select the file.
