Capturing a Signature.

Does any one have an experience with Signature Capture using asp.net??

I'm working on a database that will either need to have a print out with a signature on it, or we can capture the signature electronicly... I'd rather save the tree's.

Any help would be great...

Also looking for good hardware for this, with other options... I'd like the person signing to also be able to input some other information too... like with a check box or some thing...
