Ok, here is my situation. I have my Option 11c directly connected to a buffer box and then the buffer box connected to the server with the CDR software. Everything works except for capturing the DNIS. I have numbers ported to our PRI that I have IDC to a extension. Those numbers are mostly doctor offices and I need to run reports based on the main number before it gets converted to the extension. Right now, the DNIS is not being captured and being sent to the CDR software. Were is the ON switch?

Thanks guys!!!!

I don't think you will ever see the DNIS since it's being sent to an IDC table first. I think the solution might be to set up a dummy acd que instead of IDC an run your report on that ACD que.

The whole idea behind IDC is to convert a number not in your dialing plan to a number that is. The conversion takes place before there is any call treatment and the CDR timer starts.

Thank you for the clarification. That kinda stinks.
