Hi lucy i am not trained on sx2000 but as you are using procom plus i have a favour to ask.

Do you have a script called telcount and if so could you post the text?

Thanks

HI Lucy,

I am not trained on the 200,

But can you not telnet into the sx200 and use the same commands as the sx2000

Ian

No the 2000 and 200 completely different Procom works great I think it maybe CDE32 I get garbage so I bet I need to drop down from VT100 to VT52 like in the 2000

If the SX200 is feature level 2 (lw 18 or 19 - feature level 2) or higher, in form 32 you will see the option to "display all" cde forms.
To captured this information with Procomm, under your setup files for data, set your capture file
options to * write filtered text with no emulation escapes.

Then start capture, display all, and this should do the trick and hopefully save you some time.

or the other high tech method is to copy and paste.
