capture input parameters at "on no data" event procedure

I have a report that a user can print from input parameters.

Sometimes there is no data returned and for that I have an "On No Data" event procedure to throw up a message saying so.

Is there a way to capture what the input parameters were to pass along and make the message more meaningful?
