Does anyone know how to produce a file with all the voicemail boxes that are built in a Meridian Mail rel.12?

In Windows, create a printer driver that does Print to File, Text Only.
In Procomm Plus, set that as the default printer. This only applies to Procomm.
In MerMail, do a Find Users and select no criteria, get the list to appear, then do "Print"
The only problem is the Name field on the screen and in print is shorter than the name you might have on the mailbox. but it is the best you can get without Mail Reporter.

Oh, remember to respond "c:\mail.txt" when it asks in the little dialog window, so you know where to get the text file that printed.
