Captivate ToC tick issue - help needed

Ive prooduced a series of tutorials in Captivate 4 and have a Table of Contents with staus enabled to show when each is completed. Whilst most of the tutorails seem to get a tick next to them when completed there are a couple I just can't get the tip to appear on to say it is completed.

How does Captivate 4 (not 5) determine that a 'tutorial' is completed in the ToCs and is there any way I can set it to say its complete?
