I have a few things I need changed with the caption of my form. I have to change the font color, as well as the captions gradient background colors. Does anyone know how I can go about doing either or both of these?

Thanks,
Cyprus

I've read articles that this can be accomplished with WM_NCPAINT and WM_NCACTIVE. It's pretty intense but we can take a go at it if you are still interested. If you have the book C++ Builder How-To by Miano, Cabanski, and Howe, it explains how to do this. James P. Cottingham

I do have that book. Actually, its a company book, and currently gone with a fellow coworker of to god knows where for god knows how long. I may have the CD with sample code, however. What chapter was this in?

I am still interested, actually... If you wouldn't mind hitting the topic with me.

Thanks, Cyprus

It's chapter 1. The section is 1.7 "How do I customize a window's title bar . . ." (x:\Source\Chapter 1\HT07). The program name is TitleBar.exe. It's a start anyway.

I notice that this a lot of this program's complexity deals with determining whether or not the OS or window size can handle the caption changes.
