Caps Lock Problem - HP Thin Client..

Hi All,

Hoping someone can shed some light on this.

Essentially we have rolled out thin clients and citrix to an accounting firm of around 30 seats. Three of these users are having intermittent CAPS LOCK issues whereby caps will toggle itself on and off, and the caps indicator light on the keyboard will often display the reverse state to what comes up when typing.

ie. Caps light is on, yet still lowercase typing..

I did a quick google search and found the following links:

But there is nothing conclusive as to how to resolve this behaviour?

We had this with one of the 9 clients (don't remember the specific version). It's fine on the latest client (10.1) and was also fine with 10.0. I believe 9.23 is where it was fixed for us....
