Caps Lock ON = Num Lock Off???

Hey all,
I am running into a situation with Citrix MFXPFR2 and I was wondering if anyone else has seen this situation...
When logging into a session, if I have both the CAPS LOCK and the NUM LOCK turned on, the NUM LOCK is turned off the second I begin typing...Then, if I press my CAPS LOCK to turn it off, the NUM LOCK turns on again!!!
If I begin a session with CAPS LOCK off, nothing happens, it just seemd to happen when both are turned on.
Now, I know the easy fix....don't have them both on when I log in, right? But, I wanted to see if anyone else had this weird error...

P.S. It only happens on a machine running 2000 or XP. 9x machines are unaffected.
