Capacity of Saved Voicemails

Hello - A user with only six saved voicemail messages is being told - by the phone system probably - that he's near or max capacity on saved voicemails. Where can this settings be changed in call manager business edition 7.1.5? I am looking online as well.

there are two places that you can change that. User specific or system wide
to change the user affected only:
log into unity connection admin page and find and select the user mailbox in question. Go to the edit dropdown and select mailbox.
Adjust the msilbox quotas using the custom edit tab.

System wide:
Log in to unity conn admin page as above. Go to mailbox storage then mailbox quotas. Adjust the storage settings and save.

 
Thank you. Both options found but it appears the mailbox user option is grayed out.
 
Did you select the radio button beside the word custom under mailbox quotas? It is probably set to the system setting options.
