CAP Question? 2

We currently have 1 CAP module on the receptionist phone. 50% of the buttons are programmed for the internal phones throughout the building. Does anybody know if there is a way to place someone into their specific voicemail box by hitting the F986 button(voicemail) and then hitting their extenshion number on the CAP module instead of dialing in their extenshion number. If you hit F986 now, then their extenshion number button it rings on their phone. Or is there a programming issue?

You are out of luck. The Vmail needs DTMF to take the call. You are stuck with using the dial pad.

No, they are two different things, The buttons you mentioned are for extensions, not Mail Boxes. Feature 986 is expecting a MAIL BOX number. (even though they match)
You are programmed correctly.

Actually both of you are really fast with a answer. I'm going to have to come up with better questions. I need to work on straightening out our new incoming lines. So get your thinking caps on!!!!!
