Anyone run into issues with a 24 VDC power supply not running all of the modules on a M7324 with 2 CAPS? The customer has 2 - M7324s with 3 - CAP modules each. All of this is running on 1 - 24VDC power supply. It has been running fine for a few years, but now is giving them problems. I think adding another power supply and putting each phone and CAP set on their own power supply should solve this. Any comments are welcome.

The adapters do die over a period of time. I've had to replace several.

When you say CAPs do you mean KLMs? They're should be one power supply for each M7324 and it's related KLMs.

I've seen three KLM's on a SAPS, but some with issues. A good rule is 2 KLM's per SAPS. In a pinch, a station port works (+/_ 18v)as long as the distance is close, but is only a temp fix until you can get another PSP.

I had one customer that had four caps on 7324's after a few months the saps died, end result we ran two saps with 2 caps/7324's on each and is fine. I've got one customer with 3 caps on 1 saps and they have been working fine for years.
