CAP and Incoming calls (from Auto Attendant)

The only way our CAP receives calls is when someone presses zero from the attendant/CCR. I have 3 buttons programmed as intercom. If the operator is handling a call, any subsequent call gets the message "that extension not available" and returns to the beginning of the Auto attendant.

How do i allow more than one call into the attendant at a time?

The attendant phone may be forwarded on busy to a non-exsisting extension.
 
Thanks for the reply, but I checked that, and that wasn't the issue. Any other ideas, let me know...any help is appreciated.

Have you checked under F982 that 'Attendant Avail' is set to Y, and under F983, AA, GRTG & AA that 'Return to AA' is set to Y

Sorry...Well now I know to verify the problem, and not just take the end user's word for it. User error strikes again...
