When I go to a site, like my bank, or other site that I have a password for, like Ebay, I can't get to the login in page. I can get to the main page but when I go to log in...I can't. Unsecure sites with passwords seem to be fine.

Any ideas?

I have compared my security settings and other email settings from one laptop to another and can't find any differences and yet, one can access secure sites just fine, other one can't.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!!

In addition, your connection type makes a huge difference. A solution for dial-up, is different from a generic ADSL solution, different for AOL broadband, and different for cable.

Likely an MTU issue is to play in some of these troublesome situations.

. Test what the value should be:
. Set the client MTU using DrTCP: And be sure to reboot.
