can't view messages in OWA

I have a user who's messages have dissappeared from her Inbox in OWA. When a new message is received it appears but, refresh the screen and it's gone. When I log into OWA on a different PC I get the same result.

Any suggestions?

This usually happens because the user has rules which redirect or delete inbox content.

When in OWA messages will seem to disappear because the inbox is set to 'unread messages', changed this to 'messages' or 'two line view' and you should see all messges that have been received and not deleted.

Views. It's easy to miss, but it is likely set to "new messages".
